How to make a return?
We always hope that you like what you have purchased, but... if it is not the correct size, if it is not what you expected, or if you simply want to return it, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return it.
You must return the item, as well as its original packaging, instructions and/or documentation that may accompany it.
Exchanges or returns of underwear or items purchased in another country will not be accepted.
Return in store
This return method is the fastest method and ecological , since you will not need additional packaging. You simply have to come with the garments you want to return and your purchase receipt. You don't have to print it either, since you will have access to it from your customer account.
The refund will be made to the same payment method that you used for your order. We will make your return effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of fourteen (14) days following the date on which you made the return in store.
You can go to any of the stores in our group: Charanga, Top Top or Outlet Charanga. It is important that you remember that You will not be able to make your return at El Corte Inglés centers .
Return via postal
If you do not have a Charanga store nearby, you can always make the return by postal mail to the following address (in this case the shipping costs will be borne by the customer):Charanga

To do this, we recommend using the same packaging in which you received it to avoid generating additional waste. You must include the invoice for your purchase along with the items you want to return (you will have access to it in your customer account).
Once the merchandise has been received and examined, the amount paid will be refunded or the charge made to your account will be reversed, if the conditions established for this are met (garments that have not been used or damaged, return of original packaging …). Products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received or that have been used beyond simply opening the product will not be exchanged or returned.

How to make a change?
If you want to make a size or color change, you can also do it in our stores, or by sending postal mail, these changes are subject to stock availability at the time of the change.
To make the change by postal mail, you will have to request it in advance through the web contact form. Tell us your order number, the items you want to exchange and the new size or color requested. Once we receive your order at our facilities, we will check the availability of said items, and they will be sent. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.
However, if what you prefer is to exchange your item for another model, you will have to make a return and place a new order.
We will make your return effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of fourteen (14) days following the date on which you made the return to the store, or the order is received at our facilities. Once the condition of the merchandise has been verified, the refund will be made using the same payment method used in your online purchase. If you want us to refund the amount to your account balance, please let us know. Once the refund has been made, you will receive an email informing you of it.
