Among which means of payment can I choose for my order?
You can pay your order by VISA credit card or Paypal.
Why has an error occurred during the payment process?
There are different possible reasons:
- There might be a mistake in the information introduced by you.
- The credit card might have expired.
- The credit card might have surpassed its limit for payments.
Can I ask for “Tax-free” in my orders?
Unfortunately not. You can only ask for Tax-free in products bought in one of our shops when you present yourself in person.
Are the credit card payments secure?
Yes, they are secure. The payment information is transmitted in encrypted form, and we only accept SET (Secure Electronic Transactions) payments for payments by card, where the system contacts the bank in order to confirm the authenticity of the customer.
