Once you have received confirmation of your order, your order cannot be modified or cancelled if it is too late in its preparation. If you notice any type of error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to solve it.

If the order has already been sent and you have changed your mind, you can return it once you have received it. You can consult the returns and exchanges section for more information.

Yes, Charanga's online shop currently ships to Spain (except the Canary Islands), Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores) and to a large number of European countries. You can consult the complete list in the section Information about shipments.

Any purchase request from another country can only be effective if the shipping address entered is in one of our shipping countries.

SIf you have not received the order confirmation email within several minutes of completing your purchase, first check your spam or junk mail folder in your email inbox. If you still can't find it, you can contact us through our email tienda@charanga.es or through the contact form on the web..

CCharanga uses the maximum security measures to guarantee the confidentiality of communications between the website and the client. The transactional services work on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which is activated at the time of purchase. The charge will be made online in real time through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct.

To ensure the customer's privacy, confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. Charanga does not have access to them at any time.

You can pay for your order by: debit or credit card (Visa o Mastercard), ApplePay, GooglePay, Paypal, Bizum o Klarna.

  • Bizum
  • All you have to do is enter your phone number and validate the purchase in your bank's app or enter your Bizum password. If you do not yet have a Bizum key, you can request it in your bank's app. Payment by Bizum is subject to the availability of the bank.

  • Klarna
  • Divide your purchase into 3 payments without interest (for a minimum order of 35€). The first payment is made when the order is processed and the remaining 2 payments are made automatically every 30 days, charged to the debit or credit card of your choice.

We are also adding a new method of payment with the balance of your customer account, this balance can be, for example, the refund of an online purchase that you have requested, or the balance that you have added with a bank card or the amount of a gift card. You can use it to pay for all or part of an order in the Charanga online shop.

No. Tax-free can only be requested for products purchased in physical shops and transported by the customer himself.

Yes, you only have to send us an email to tienda@charanga.es or contact us through the contact form indicating the number of your card or voucher, we will check its status and proceed to add the amount to the balance of your customer account. If you don't have an account yet, please register to be able to add your balance.

To ensure the availability of all our items, unfinished baskets may be restocked from time to time.

Items added to your cart become available again to other customers if the order has not been finalised after a period of time, so you may lose them if you do not finalise your order.
