Returns and Exchanges
We always hope that you like what you have bought, but... if it is not the right size, if it is not what you expected, or if you simply want to return it, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it.
You must return the item, as well as its original packaging, instructions and/or documentation that may accompany it.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for underwear or items purchased in another country.
Return in shop
This method of return is the fastest and most environmentally friendly method because you won't need any additional packaging. All you have to do is bring the items you want to return and your purchase receipt, you don't have to print it either, as you will have access to it from your customer account.
The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your order. We will make your refund effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you made the return in shop.
You can choose to go to any of our group's shops: Charanga, Top Top or Outlet Charanga. It's important to remember that you will not be able to make your return in El Corte Inglés centres.
Return by post

We recommend you use the same packaging in which you received it to avoid generating additional waste, and you should include the invoice for your purchase with the items you wish to return (you will have access to it in your customer account).
Once the products have been received and examined, the amount paid will be refunded or the charge made to your account will be reimbursed, if the conditions established for this are met (items that have not been worn or damaged, return of original packaging, etc.). Products that are not in the same condition in which they were received or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product will not be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges and returns of promotional items
Exchanges and returns of items purchased with promotion are subject to the nature of the promotion and will be detailed in the "PROMOTION" section.
If you wish to change size or colour, you can also do so in our shops, or by post, these changes are subject to stock availability at the time of the change.
To make the change by post, you will have to request it beforehand using the contact form on the website. Tell us your order number, the items you want to exchange and the new size or colour requested. Once we receive your order in our headquarters, we will check the availability of these items, and they will be shipped. If the requested item is not available, we will proceed with the refund.
However, if you would prefer to exchange your item for another model, you will need to make a return and place a new order.
We will make your return effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the return was made in shop, or the order is received at our facilities. Once the condition of the goods has been checked, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for your online purchase. If you wish to have the amount refunded to your account balance, please let us know. Once the refund has been made you will receive an email informing you of the refund.
