Information about orders

Once you have received confirmation of your order, your order cannot be modified or cancelled if it is too late in its preparation. If you notice any type of error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to solve it.

If the order has already been sent and you have changed your mind, you can return it once you have received it. You can consult the returns and exchanges section for more information.

Yes, Charanga's online shop currently ships to Spain (except the Canary Islands), Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores) and to a large number of European countries. You can consult the complete list in the section Information about shipments.

Any purchase request from another country can only be effective if the shipping address entered is in one of our shipping countries.

SIf you have not received the order confirmation email within several minutes of completing your purchase, first check your spam or junk mail folder in your email inbox. If you still can't find it, you can contact us through our email tienda@charanga.es or through the contact form on the web..

CCharanga uses the maximum security measures to guarantee the confidentiality of communications between the website and the client. The transactional services work on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which is activated at the time of purchase. The charge will be made online in real time through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct.

To ensure the customer's privacy, confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. Charanga does not have access to them at any time.

You can pay for your order by debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard), ApplePay, GooglePay or Paypal.

We are also adding a new method of payment with the balance of your customer account, this balance can be, for example, the refund of an online purchase that you have requested, or the balance that you have added with a bank card or the amount of a gift card. You can use it to pay for all or part of an order in the Charanga online shop.

No. Tax-free can only be requested for products purchased in physical shops and transported by the customer himself.

Yes, you only have to send us an email to tienda@charanga.es or contact us through the contact form indicating the number of your card or voucher, we will check its status and proceed to add the amount to the balance of your customer account. If you don't have an account yet, please register to be able to add your balance.

To ensure the availability of all our items, unfinished baskets may be restocked from time to time.

Items added to your cart become available again to other customers if the order has not been finalised after a period of time, so you may lose them if you do not finalise your order.

How to buy

Shopping Guide

Shopping at Charanga is very easy, log in to your customer account, and if you don't have one...create one and become part of La Red Charanga.

Browse through our different sections, categories and find what you are looking for, you will found Add all the items you want to your basket and once you have finished click on Finalize purchase, before filling in all the necessary data check all the products (sizes, units ...), and, once you are ready.... It's time to start the checkout process:

  1. Personal information: If you don't have a customer account yet, create one. If you are already a member of La Red Charanga, all you have to do is log in with your access credentials.
  2. Addres: choose a previous shipping address or add a new one.
  3. Shipping methods: select your shipping method and add a comment about your order if necessary.
  4. Payment: You are almost done, you just have to fill in your payment details. Once you have everything ready. Click on pay and you're all set.

You can return to the previous sections at any time by clicking on the number you want to go to. It is very important that you always check that all your purchase details are correct.

Once you have completed your order you will receive an email confirming your order with the purchase details. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive another email notifying you of the shipment.

If you have seen a product that you have fallen in love with, you can search for it on our website using the search engine. For example, if the item you are looking for is an outfit with a giraffe, search for: giraffe outfit.

You can also search by reference number or model name, and if you don't have this information you can search by section (Baby, Girl, Boy), type of items (trousers, dresses, coat, sweatshirt...) or colour.

Once you have found them, you can see more details by hovering your mouse over them.

If you need more information about a product, you can find it by clicking on the article, within the article you will find all the information available under Product details.

You can select your order as "shipping as a gift" in step 3 of your purchase by clicking on "I want my order to be gift-wrapped". A gift voucher will be sent with your order.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

We always hope that you like what you have bought, but... if it is not the right size, if it is not what you expected, or if you simply want to return it, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it.

You must return the item, as well as its original packaging, instructions and/or documentation that may accompany it.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for underwear or items purchased in another country.

Exchanges and returns of promotional items

Exchanges and returns of items purchased with promotion are subject to the nature of the promotion and will be detailed in the "PROMOTION" section.

Return in shop

This method of return is the fastest and most environmentally friendly method because you won't need any additional packaging. All you have to do is bring the items you want to return and your purchase receipt, you don't have to print it either, as you will have access to it from your customer account.

The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your order. We will make your refund effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you made the return in shop.

It is important to remember that you will not be able to make your return in a Charanga Outlet shop or El Corte Inglés centres.

If you do not have a Charanga shop nearby, you can always return the goods by post to the following address (in this case the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs):

We recommend you use the same packaging in which you received it to avoid generating additional waste, and you should include the invoice for your purchase with the items you wish to return (you will have access to it in your customer account).

Once the products have been received and examined, the amount paid will be refunded or the charge made to your account will be reimbursed, if the conditions established for this are met (items that have not been worn or damaged, return of original packaging, etc.). Products that are not in the same condition in which they were received or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product will not be exchanged or returned.

The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your order. We will make your refund effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order at our headquarters.

If you wish to change size or colour, you can also do so in our shops, or by post, these changes are subject to stock availability at the time of the change.

To make the change by post, you will have to request it beforehand using the contact form on the website. Tell us your order number, the items you want to exchange and the new size or colour requested. Once we receive your order, we will check the availability of these items, and they will be shipped. If the requested item is not available, we will proceed with the refund.

However, if you would prefer to exchange your item for another model, you will need to make a return and place a new order.

We will make your return effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the return was made in shop, or the order is received at our facilities. Once the condition of the goods has been checked, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for your online purchase. If you wish to have the amount refunded to your account balance, please let us know. Once the refund has been made you will receive an email informing you of the refund.
